Returns & Exchanges

-Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

-Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

-Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Exceptions & Final Sale Items

Certain items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable due to hygiene, customization, or limited release reasons.

-Any exceptions will be clearly highlighted on the product page at the time of purchase.

-Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

-Contact our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate a return or exchange.

-Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

-Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

-Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

-Please allow 5-7  business days after return delivery for the refund to be received, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

-Exchanges are subject to product availability.

-If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
